Shipping
The moment your order's all packed up and ready to ship to you, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number, which is trackable online. All orders will ship by the next business day. (Excluding weekends & holidays, of course.) Once your order's mailed, it should take roughly 5-7 days to arrive, unless you selected a priority delivery option.
It should be noted, shipping times to HI and AK may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
International Shipments
Guess what? Due to popular demand, South Beach Smoke is now shipping worldwide! It may take 7-30 business days for international orders to arrive, depending on which country the order's being sent to. We're extremely experienced with shipping electronic cigarettes internationally. Unfortunately, as a result of the dawdlers that customs in some countries can be, delays do sometimes occur.
We send our products all over the world, and it's rare for us to experience any delivery issues. However, we should inform you that some countries have placed draconian restrictions on e-cig importation. We will ship anywhere, however,we can't take responsibility for any packages that are seized by customs. We abide by and know the laws of the countries where we are based and physically operate, but it's impossible to know the laws of every country. It's up to you to know the laws in your own country, and your responsibility.

The moment you complete your SBS order, you should receive an email confirmation. You will receive further confirmation when your order has been shipped. If there's tracking information, we'll include it.
